Noise On Hard Left Turn XC90 2004

Right after I had the inner tie rods replaced on my '04 XC90 w/220K miles, I noticed a "grinding" type of noise when I made a hard left turn - such as a U-turn.

I know I need to return to the mechanic who did the job, but ya'll have been quite helpful over the years and I thought I'd get your advice in the meantime.

Any way to leave an audio file here so you could hear the noise?
