Intermittent Anti-Skid Service Required warning when cold V70-XC70

My wife's '07 V70 wagon's (200K miles) "Anti-Skid Service Required" warning light comes on when cold (temps near or below freezing). Could this at all be related to a faulty ABS module, or is the Anti-skid "system" a different system? At 200 Kmiles, I am suspect that I may need to replace the ABS module.

Any help would be appreciated.

P.S.: This morning we had snow on the ground, and the ABS was definitely NOT working.
