I bought a Volvo battery because the group size 47 was smaller 850

I went to sams club and I think it was a group size 47 which came up for my 850. I had my old battery with me and this one was an inch shorter. I know the battery tray has different spots where I can clip in that plastic battery holder - but I had no idea what I'd be facing with a different size battery. I just coughed up the extra $60 to get an identical size battery from Volvo.
