Is.....Valvoline MaxLIfe ATF equal to Mobil 3309

I'm ready to flush my AW FWD transmission. I bought maxlife atf at Walmart. I usually use Mobil 3309 but it's a PITA to find. The Valvoline jug says it meets the toyota spec and the volvo spec.

With 325k miles I might be taking chances changing manufacturers. Has anyone used valvoline maxlife atf instead of 3309. Any problems? It's about $4.24 per quart at Walmart. I can get 3309 for a dollar more but I have to order it and it takes a week.
