Charles Linden and OMP Strut Tower Brace 850

I planning on installing the OMP strut tower brace when I get some time this May. And thanks to your site Volvospeed.com, I am well on my way to understanding just what I have to do.

On the instructions page, you stated that torque numbers for the bolts would be provided soon. I have been checking the page for some time now and no torque numbers have been provided yet. Could you please provide me with the torque numbers now? I checked my Haynes manual and I'm not sure, but is it the "Front Suspension: Suspension strut upper mounting to body?" If so, is it 18 ft-lbs?

Also, I have noticed that on some 850/_70's, there is a sort of plate that is held onto the driver side strut tower by those nuts (looks like it is used to support electrical components). Should this plate be between the nuts and the mounting plate of the strut tower brace, or between the mounting plate of the strut tower brace and the painted surface?

Thanks for the help.
