AC/Heat temp controls 93 850 850 1993

In the whole time I've owned my car (just over 2 years now), my heat and AC have had the same issue.

Usually it doesn't bother me, because if it's hot enough that I want AC on (or conversely, cold enough for heat), I usually will put it at full on AC or Heat.

The problem I have is this. My AC goes from ICE ICE COLD at 60 and stays at that temperature range until I get to about 79 degrees.

The reverse is true with my heat. If I want it to be a reasonably warm, I have to put it on full high.

There is no middle ground.

Is it a climate control module issue?
