What Tire Class Action Suit 850 97

I am a new volvo owner and the car is equipped with 16 inch tires. The talk of evaporator suit was the first I have heard of a class action suit involving tires. Is this something that I should be concerned about? The car drives and handles great with no visible problems with the 16 inch tires.
