I think that the build plant is the same, wherever delivered. The Paris delivery is thru a dealer, as I recall, buried in some neighhborhood in the center of Paris. In Brussels you're at the country HQ at the the north side on the big ring road. I now understand why you were brave enough to consider Paris delivery. Check out City Bird airlines for good fares to Brussels. Used them for our flight.
