Hold onto your wind deflectors ....... S80 1999

The other week I opened my sunroof for the first time and when driving at highway speed the po-up wind deflector vibrated so badly that it sent a loud rumble through the car. At my last oil change I reported it to my dealer. When I picked up the car, I was told that the deflector was removed.......yep REMOVED. The dealer said that Volvo reported it to be a

"design flaw" and recommeded removal. Also, they said that the 2000 model no longer is produced with the pop-up deflector.

Anyone else have this problem..........and are the 2000 models deflectorLESS ??
