I just happen to have a copy of SB 28-0003, it's title is M 4.4 Software Upgrade. The background is: An engine control module (ECM) software upgrade is available to enhance overall engine speed performance. This will smoothen the occasional vaariation in engine speed which may be experienced on some vehicles.
