I have looked into the sport chassi today and for your T5 it only contains new springs in all four corners!

Partnumber for S70/854 sportchassi:

Front spring kit 9192814 for T5

Front spring kit 9192815 for T5 with AT/AC

Rear spring kit 9451349

Upgrade with Bilstein shocks from IPD

Maybe you can get a nice price if you ask for a complete kit at IPD containing lowering springs, Bilstein shocks and anti-sway bars!

Replacing the springs is the first and cheapest way after that you should go for shocks.
