HI Rob,

Once that center screw is removed (directly below the steering column), pull the panel downwards about 2" and it will pop free of the lower dash. It will still be attached at the rear by grooved channels at each side. Disconnect the courtesy lamp and then pull the panel out from under the dash and away from the channels. Did you get our instructions? If not, let me know and I will fax or e-mail a copy tomorrow.
