Yes, all 800 and 95 and later 960/s90/v90 use 43mm offset wheels that are interchangeable except for the 92-93 800 series wheels which use 4 lugs instead of 5.

You do need to be sure that the tires you fit to an AWD are excatly the same size so that the viscous unit doesn't get overheated at highways speeds.
