Breather hose missing!!! V70-XC70

So, when I went to the dealer they said I needed hose #8692217. I took a look, and yes, the hose from the head to the breather box is gone...a large section missing. Is there an 'easy' way to replace this, or do I have to remove the intake manifold? Also, if I do remove the manifold, is it wise to then do the whole breather box and ALL the hoses? 71,000 miles, well maintained 2006 xc70
