I acquired a 2009 XC90 recently, and have decided to get acquainted with the areas one has to access in the dark w/rain etc. I located the fuse panel under the steering wheel area and removed the 2 screws as per the manual. Here's the question: the cover panel remains firmly in place, and I'm loath to start wrenching on it in the event that there's a simple manipulation to get this cover off, and back on again. Any offers? Thanks. Garth.
