Draining Battery S80

I had a new battery put in last Fall and it keeps dying. AAA has been here twice to give it a jump and it starts right up but they said something is draining it but I don’t know what. The lights are off, doors closed, heat and radio off...so any suggestions? I let it run for over an hour last night after they left since I’m blocked in my snow so I couldn’t take it for a drive and I tried an hour later to start it and nothing.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
