RADIATOR COOLING FAN - RUNS AFTER SHUT DOWN V70-XC70

2002 V70 T-5 - at times after shutting down the fan runs for about 10 minutes - but eventually stops.
Is this normal?

Car shows no signs of overheating - temp always where it should be.

Or should I be looking at a new thermostat housing assembly? Thanks
