Hi all,
my rear left door lock actuator has decided to stop working [again]. Several year ago i took it apart and replaced the thermal protection wafer with wire and it has woked well for a number of years. Now, it will lock but not unlock. I ordered a replacement motor [ebay china] assuming the motor was shot. took it apart and the ebay motor doesnt match different work gear, shorter shaft reverse installation etc. Anyhow, cleaned the motor and brushes etc. lubed and reinstalled. still only locks but doesnt unlock.

Anyone know which motor is a match? or if you have experienced some other failure? I could replace the whole actuator from used part out but figure most of these are now 20+ years old too
