Cruise control Vacuum Pump wiring 850 1994

I found my Vacuum Pump (under battery tray) to be cracked badly. When I took out the old pump, the wires pulled out of the (female) plug. CaAn anyone tell me the positioning of these three wires?? One's Blue/Black, one's Green/black, one's White/Black. I can't find a schematic to put wires back into the proper sequence...
