Turbocharger 850 1995

The tubocharger in my '95 850 Turbo (116k miles) has recently started emitting a loud squealing noise on start up when cold. After less than a minute it stops. I assume it is caused by the compressor or turbine blades rubbing on the housing. Has anyone out there had a similar experience? Does anyone have suggestions in case a remanufactured unit is required.
