repair shops in VA

I just moved to Hampton Roads/Tidewater area of Virginia. I need to find a good shop to have my timing belt replaced. I would like to avoid the dealer if possible (bad experiences with other dealers). Anyone in VA have any shops they recommend? I can go to Williamburg, Newport, Hampton, Va Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Suffolk, Smithfield, or Pourtsmouth.
