Where are the spark plugs on my '99, S70? S70 1999

I am attempting to service my '99, S70 (filters, plugs, fluids, ...).
Can someone help me locate the spark plugs/distributor? I think I located them under the 'Volvo' panel on the engine's top, but I don't recognize the flat, plastic-type pieces (which should be the spark plug wires). If these are the plug wires, do I need a special tool to remove the 'caps'?
Also, where is the cabin air filter located?
