difficult to start when warm 850 1993

I have a 93 850 GLT (20 valve)which has become hard to start when warm. In the mornings here in Ottawa at anywhere from 0C to -10C (at the moment) it starts fine. I park in a heated garage at work (18C) and when i start it there, it turns over but the engine does not exactly jump to life, not sure if it is getting too much gas or too little. As part of this escapade, the throttle position sensor was changed- apparently the code came up but that has not changed the hard to start problem. Any suggestions would be helpful.
