Wiper problems 850 850 1995

I have a 1995 850 GLT, my driver side windsheild wiper is not completely cleaning the window at the top left , it looks as though it is lifting off the window. It also seems like it going over the edge of the car. I have changed blades and such. Is this adjustable, is this something I can do myself?
