Subframe mountings V70-XC70 1998

Hi,

I had just flushed the coolant on my T5 and was putting the radiator splash pan back on when I noticed the rubber in the subframe mountings (2 of them at the front of the engine) is cracked and little bits missing, out of both of them.

How difficult is this to do, is it simply a case of taking the weight of the engine on a jack and replacing??

The car is 3.5 years old with 23k miles...maybe its the salty roads!
