Rear Main Seal 850

I have an 1995 850 , with 110,000 miles that just started a pretty serious rear main seal leak. I had the oil changed 2 weeks ago, so I thought maybe filter or plug loosend up, no luck...they showed me ...rear main seal leak.
After reading many posts on this.... my question is, will this possibly seal itself up? I will also check the flametrap filter. I live in NJ, what is the going price for this job.
