Headlamp adjustment for 1999 S70 S70 1999

Where are the headlamp adjustment screws (up/down and left/right) and the lens "level"? The owner's manual says the lens "level" is located in the clear "window" of the lens? Where?
(We just had some new tires installed, which are the stock size 195/60-15, but not as low-profile as the stock Michelins. I dont know if the tire technician adjusted the beams down or the tire height changed the beam path, but the headlamps definitely don't throw as far now.)
