Power Seat Back 850 1995

I have read through lots of threads looking for the answer to my question. I just need a nudge in the right direction. The Power Seat back in my GLT does not move. The Motor runs, but nothing happens. Is there anything I can try before pulling the Leather Upholstry apart? Is there a particular side I should look at first? Any help, links, ect. would be appreciated.
