warping rotors on an 850 turbo 850 1995

I seem to be warping to rotors on my 95 850 turbo sedan. I had them turned, but within a week or so, they were warped again. Has anyone else had this problem? I also have a lot of trouble with brake fade under moderate to heavy braking. Should I switch to higher performance slottd rotors and better shoes? I live and work in the DC area, so good brakes are a must! Hel;p!
