BIG BRAKE KITS - BREMBO

I have a 98 C70, and I'm considering replacing my current front brake system with a brembo big brake kit. Has anyone had this kit installed? If so, how has your braking ability changed? Is the car still as prone to rotors warping and overheating as the Factory system is? What is the typical mileage between rotor and pad replacements now and what is the cost?
