How to Remove Hazard Flasher? 850 1995

Need to replace hazard flasher unit, but can't see an easy way to remove old one. Looks like it is possible to lift up dash top after removing glove box, air vents and many screws. Access from bottom looks to be not possible.

Anyone ever do this and can you provide solution?
