Mystery clunking/clicking sound 850

Soon after starting my 93 850 Glt and pulling away I hear a clunk , not real loud but sounds like maybe something opening or clicking in coming from what sounds like the underneath the front drivers side of car. As I said this happens after traveling approximately 50 to 100 feet. It only happens once but always after moving that first distance. Any ideas anyone? Thanks
