new volvo owner...quick questions 850 1996

just purchased an 850 turbo w/90,000 miles. A couple of things need to be fixed and I was hoping to get some information about them:

1) loud clicking noise from what I assume is the antenna motor. Is this easy to replace and where can I get one (besides dealer).

2) Headlamp glass cracked...where can I find replacement? The autoparts store told me I have to buy the entire assembly, not just the glass.

3) One of the bulbs for the dash computer display is out, where can I find one of these?
