30K service 850 1999

My 1999 glt, turbo, is about ready for its 30K service. Rather than take it to the dealer and have them charge me $81 an hour labor, I thought I would do it myself. I plan on changing the plugs, airfilter, brake fluid and coolant. Is there anything else that may need replacing?
