headlights become momentarily dimmer, which fuse is it? C70 1998

Hey guys,

I just noticed today that when I have my headlights on and then turn on the A/C, my headlights become slightly dimmer. It's like it's sucking up a lot of juice. Does this have to do with any of the fuses? Or is it battery related, harness related? TIA.
