T-stat whcih way around 850

Hi guys,

Hi All,

First of all i followed the bay13 instructions today and polished up the T-stat cover while I was at it.

One question though, that's bugging me which was should the 'ARROW' be pointing forward or to the rear of the car?

I think mine is reversed, oh four letter word if this is a problem. I looked at the old one and the little chain is at the opposite end compared to my new one. So that was the way I installed it.

Do I now need to swap it around? I presume the hot coolant comes from the head to the radiator is that correct?
