Handling, quick turn-in, body roll etc... 850 1995

Saturday being cold and rainy and me having a few hours to kill, I decided to go for a drive in my '95 855t. It'd be the first time out just to have fun on the country roads that run along the Mississippi river.

I had a great time and the car ran perfectly but I have a question about the car's turning manners, or maybe my driving. On 50-60mph serpentine two lane, I expected the body roll (stock sway bars) but it seems I had to work to compensate for the rear end. When pitching into a turn, the body rolls and at a certain point the rear end would steer abruptly, quickening the initial turn-in. Not being used to this, I'd correct by relaxing the turn slightly then pull it back down. Am I trying to correct or compensate for the Delta Link rear end and it's passive steering I've read about?

I'm carrying much higher cornering speed than I was in my old Nissan but not as predictably. I suppose with practice I would learn to work with instead of against it, but is this something aftermarket sway bars would correct or tone down? Does the Delta Link's limited passive steering require body roll to work?

I have several suspension $ brake mods in mind for the upcoming year. I don't want to lower the car or stiffen the ride so I'm thinkning about replacement sway bars, stainless braided brake lines and Bilstien Mono Tubes and an oil pan skid plate.

Thanks for any advice or input,
