CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT THE LOCK-OUT FEATURE ON THE '93 TRANMISSION...MANUAL STATES IT DISENGAGES THE TORQUE CONVERTER AND WILL FEEL LIKE "ANOTHER GEAR CHANGE"...HERE'S MY QUESTION THE LOCK-OUT FEATURE DROPS THE RPM SO LOW BETWEEN SECOND & THIRD GEARS AND OFTEN THIRD & FOURTH GEAR THAT THE ENGINE FEELS LIKE IT'S LABORING...TOTAL DROP IN RPM BETWEEN GEAR CHANGES SOMETIMES 800-1000 RPM...IS THIS NORMAL?
ASSUMING THIS LOCK-OUT FEATURE IS SOMETHING OVERDRIVE...TRANSMISSION WORKS GREAT OTHERWISE...COULD THIS BE A FAULT/MISADJUSTMENT IN THE ELECTRONIC LOGIC THAT TALKS TO THE TRANSMISSION?
