Custom Exhaust Upgrade Ideas 850

Currently i am in need of new exhasut (cat back, not including the catylitic converter). So i figured this could be an oppertunity to upgrade a little. Well, I have gone to 3 custom exhaust shops in the kitchener / cambridge area and have had little success in trying to find an alternative to the dealer replacement for my exhaust. It seems like the muffler that volvo used (with the offset intake/exit configuration) is not easily substituted for aftermarket systems. If anyone has had a custom shop add a muffler system to their car can you tell me what the make of the muffler is, how much you paid and if it worked out well. I know IPD has a nice system but it is out of my budget range for this year (maybe if i duct tape my current problem i could stretch this out for another year....yeah right).
