pollen filter and ECC 850 1995

iNSTALLED A POLLEN FILTER TODAY ON MY 95' 850. THE INSTRUCTIONS THAT COME W/ FILTER HOLDER SAY: "WHEN INSTALLING THE FILTER IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE ECC IS REPROGRAMMED BY AUTHORIZED VOLVO SHOP".
I DID NOT DRIVE THE CAR YET BUT, OF COURSE, DID NOT REPROGRAMMED ECC SINCE I INSTALLED FILTER MYSELF.
