SQueeky steering column 850 1997

I just had my rear main seal replaced at the dealership. When I got the car back, the steering wheel column now makes a noise like rubber rubbing on rubber (I don't know if it is related to the work been done). It is definitely coming from the steering column. It sounds like it might need some lubrication, but I don't know how to do it. Any suggestions?
