I am new to this forum and will be taking delivery on a 2000 V70R AWD in a day or two. I've had a 760 Turbo wagon for 10 years and the R is amazing. I've seen a lot of discussion about synthetic motor oil on this forum and it would seem like I should start using synthetic on my "new" R. Any suggestions on what brand and viscosity? How frequently do you do oil changes with synthetic? Thanks for all the great advice on this forum.
