Flexible Turbo Pipes oily S40

Hi, does anyone have an explanation for the following: The turbo pipe on my 850 T5R that goes from the intercooler(top) to the hard plastic U pipe (just before the throtlle) is oily on the outside. While I was busy changing the cambelt I wiped it clean and the next day (without the engine being started) it was oily again. It's like the oil is leaching out of the rubber. Any ideas?
