My 94 850 turbo won't start. It has a spark, but is getting no fuel. 850 1994

I ran a volt meter on the fuel pump power wires, and got no power with the key on. I'm guessing(hoping) it has to be a relay. Can I jump the relay? If so, which connectors do I need to jump? It was running fine when we parked it, but wouldn't start the next day. It fires when starting fluid is sprayed in the intake. Help is greatly appreciated.
