93 850 head job - have questions 850 1993

We had to replace a few bent valves in the head. We don't have the service manuals for this car (it's my dad's-not ours) and need some help, please.

1. The bolt holes in the camshaft sprockets are elongated - how do you know in what position to bolt them down?

2. What is the torque sequence and the torque for the head?

3. What is the torque for the intake manifold and exhaust manifold?

4. What is the timing belt replacement procedure?

5. Any advice on finding the marks on the camshaft?
