Loose interior mirror arm V70-XC70 1998

My inside rear view mirror mount arm is loose at its mounting point to the car's frame (not at the ball joint).

The bolts or screws which mount the arm are hidden under the plastic trim which houses the map/courtesry lights and their switches.

Can someone tell me how to drop the plastic trim so I can see the attaching bolts (or screws) to tighten them.
