Flexible Turbo Pipes oily on outside 850

Hi, does anyone have an explanation for the following: The turbo pipe on my 850 T5R that goes from the intercooler(top) to the hard plastic U pipe (just before the throtlle) is oily on the outside. While I was busy changing the cambelt I wiped it clean and the next day (without the engine being started) it was oily again. It's like the oil is leaching out of the rubber. Any ideas? If there is oil inside should it be able to leach out to the oustide?
