SAM ECU OR TME ECU? 97 850 Low Pressure Turbo GLT 850

I am looking at getting the SAM ECU, with the US Dollar Conversion rates to the Swede SEKK, the price is Much lower than IPD's TME upgrade.

The price for the upgraded ECU and a Cat Back Sport Exhaust Quoted from SAM is
SEK8900.00 or about $872.00 US Dollars including Shipping from Sweden to Texas. This is less than the TME ECU upgrade alone from IPD. And for an additional $500.00 USD SAM will send you me the ECU and I can keep my original Factory ECU as a spare!

So i wanted to know who is using a SAM ECU and what are there feelings about this upgrade, Is TME that much better than the SAM upgrade?
