Advice on buying an 850 Turbo 850 1996

I'm looking at a 1996 850 Turbo. I'm told it is not the GLT or R, but the 220hp version. It has 73k miles and appears to have all service done including the big 70k service with timing belt. I'm taking it into an independent shop that has serviced the car for 2 years. They have a great reputation in my area. Buyer is asking $12,900. Any advice about what to look for and price would be appreciated.
