2 grills (L/R) on front bumper? S70

Hi-

I'm usually on the BMW boards, so I'm not too familiar with Volvo's. But my fiancee has a 1998 S70 that needs some repairs. The front bumper has 2 black grills on the bottom LEFT and RIGHT. I've seen some models that have fog-lights instead of the plastic grills. What part(s) and modifications do I need to do if we wanted to install the OEM fog-lights instead of the grills?

If it's no trouble, does anyone have the part# for the following items:
- LEFT plastic grill (front bottom bumper)
- RIGHT plastic grill (front bottom bumper)
and if we were to install the OEM fog-lights:
- LEFT fog-light
- RIGHT fog-light
- Any necessary wiring and switches/controls
